What contstitutes a warranty issue?

There are a number of reasons why an item may require warranty inspection e.g.

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Items missing from package
  • Item has developed a fault within its warranty period (normally 1 year but up to 2 years on some brands)

Who is responsible for return?

If an item has arrived damaged or missing items, please contact us with the details so that we can resolve the issue.

If an item has developed issues during your ownership, you are responsible for returning the item to us. We will then inspect it, assess the validity of the claim and repair or replace as appropriate.
