Returning an Item
You can return an item or order within a 28 day window from receipt of goods.
We will only accept a return if accompanied by a valid returns number (submit a ticket to start this process)
Items must be returned as new, in full original packaging with no excessive use of tape which may cause damage to packaging upon removal
When noting your returns number, please write this on a piece of paper inside the box and not on the packaging itself.
We reserve the right to charge up to 25% restocking fee on products returned to us with damaged packaging, damage may include;
- Writing directly on product packaging
- Excessive use of tape resulting in damaged packaging
- Ripped packaging
A return may be rejected if the goods show signs of use, fitting or damage.
